Direction of Use

Mix one sachet with a 60ml glass of water at less than 40℃. Best taken in the morning before breakfast and/or just before going to bed.

Week 1: One sachet a day for those with mildly poor bowel habits.
Week 2 onwards: If happy, continue with one sachet daily.

Take two sachets a day if you suffer from stubborn bowel movements or wish to accelerate results.
